University of Udine. It does not have double fruits, duplications or flat fruits.<\/li>\n<li>Calibre: medium (from approximately 80 to 130 g).<\/li>\n<li>Organoleptic characteristics: the high sugar content and the balanced acidity (-25% compared to green pulp) give it a sweet and aromatic taste.<\/li>\n<li>Nutraceutical properties: high content of Vitamin C (on average +145% compared to green pulp kiwi), polyphenols (+80%) and potassium.<\/li>\n<li>Shelf life: thanks also to the remarkable consistency of the epidermis, it can be stored for up to over 6 months in the
